What is it?

This introductory seminar helps educators explore the foundational questions of teaching and learning: what it means to learn, what it means to teach, and how these two processes intersect in practice. Participants reflect on their own beliefs, examine how power operates in classrooms, and learn strategies for building strong relationships, safety, and belonging with students.
